Climbing has become a large part of my identity, it is a core aspect of my life both personally and professionally. I love the culture and the consistent pursuit of bettering myself to improve my performance.Indoor or outdoor — where do you feel most at home?
At the moment definitely outside on the rock. I will always have a deep appreciation for both, but the sense of freedom and the connection to the rock and the sport outdoors offers is unrivalled. -

Climbing has shaped my life, from creating some of my most important relationships to taking me on unforgettable trips around the world. What keeps me hooked is not only the challenge of pushing myself mentally and physically but also the incredible community that surrounds the sport. Coaching allows me to give back by lowering barriers, celebrating others’ wins, and helping foster that same supportive environment. I love the diversity of the sport and the endless ways to experience it, and I hope to share that joy and sense of belonging with every climber I work with.Indoor or outdoor — where do you feel most at home?

I love climbing for so many different reasons! I love the mental and physical challenges that come with climbing and I enjoy being a part of the climbing community. I also love the travelling opportunities that come with climbing, the time it allows me to spend outdoors with friends, and it’s fostered my passion for route-setting.Indoor or outdoor — where do you feel most at home?
I like a combination of climbing both indoors and outdoors. I really enjoy the process of training indoors on boards for outdoor trips! -

I climb because the movement feels instinctive and addictive. It challenges me, teaches me about myself, and gives me flow, focus, escape, and community all at once.Indoor or outdoor — where do you feel most at home?
Indoor climbing is social and convenient, but nothing compares to the adventure and intensity of the outdoors. I feel most myself high above the ground on an exposed, multi-pitch climb.
